Katelyn Odenheimer is a full-time artist based in Colorado. Odenheimer holds a BA in Art History from the University of Colorado Denver and a BFA in Ceramics from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Specializing in porcelain, mold making, and slip casting, her work delves into the intricacies of human anatomy and the interplay between physiological and psychological states. Intrigued by the controlled unpredictability and alchemy of atmospheric firing, Odenheimer integrates non-traditional materials and tools into her practice, expanding the possibilities within her medium. Odenheimer's work has been exhibited in galleries across the United States. She is a member artist at D’art Gallery in Denver, CO and recently completed a residency at Red Lodge Clay Center in Red Lodge, MT.
